We offer simple flat rate pricing for our real estate images. For our 10-15 photo service we charge $125 plus tax, 3 Drone Photos. No hidden fees, square footage or travel charges within our service area.
Videos
Video is a great way to bring a listing to life and is a great social media asset! Our Zoom Through Tour video, is a vertical video that is best for catching eyes on social media. These are between 30-50 seconds and start at just $150. We also offer our Premium Property Reels which can be vertical or horizontal, these are 60-90 second cinematic videos that are best for sharing on the MLS - these start at $250.
Drone Imagery
Whether it’s an empty lot, a charming home, or a commercial property Drone Images can bring a new perspective into view. For our stand alone 6 Drone Photo service we charge $100, 10 Drone Photo service we charge $125.
